Shipping is free for all orders worldwide.

We ship worldwide using DHL Express, to ensure a fast, tracked and safe delivery. 

Delivery time:

1-2 days for Europe (depending on country)
2-3 days for US (depending on city)
2-3 days for rest of the World.

VAT & duties:

  • All orders from Switzerland include both VAT & duties at checkout.
  • All orders from EU & UK include duties at checkout. DHL will collect VAT upon delivery.
  • All orders from rest of the World exclude VAT and duties at checkout. DHL will collect VAT & duties (and any other import taxes) upon delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope that you will be satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with the products or the size, you can return them for a full refund or exchange them (subject to stock availability) within 14 days after receipt of goods in four steps:

  1. Send us an email at info@theodoreherald.com indicating whether you would like a return or an exchange. We will provide you with the right form.
  2. Fill in the form and send it back to us duly completed via email.
  3. Kindly mark the exterior of the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid custom charges. 
  4. Package your parcel securely and send your return package to:

If you are returning a parcel from outside Switzerland, please ensure that you include the DHL airway bill number of the original shipment from us to you. Please state that DHL was the courier for the original shipment on the customs paperwork that you fill out. This is to avoid delays or charges at Swiss customs when the parcel is being returned to us.

Please note, we can only accept returned products that are in their original condition (undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with all labels and tags attached). We will contact you when we have accepted your return.

Please also note that we do not refund delivery charges for any items that you decide to return or exchange. We strongly recommend using a tracking service, and keeping your proof of postage, as we are unable to take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit.
